Patients and Visitors

Emergency/Critical Care
If your pet is having an emergency during our business hours, please call us at (510) 483-7387 to determine availability and the best course of action for your pet. If your pet is experiencing an after-hours emergency, please contact SAGE Veterinary Centers (Dublin) at (925) 574-7243 or OakVet Animal Specialty Hospital at (510) 879-4888. 

New Patient Appointments
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a New Client/Patient form, or you may bring a completed form with you to your appointment. Please be sure that we know who your pet's referring doctor is so that we may obtain any medical records prior to your appointment. We also ask that you please bring any previous x-rays (film or CD) to your appointment.

New Oncology Appointments
Please remember to not feed your pet anything after midnight (12AM) the night before your appointment. You may leave water out for your pet.

Visitors
We welcome you to visit your pet while he/she is in the hospital. We ask that you limit your visits to 30 minutes twice daily. This will allow your pet to rest and allow our medical team to provide your pet's treatments with minimal interruption. If you are wanting a status update on your pet, please do not hesitate to call to ask.
